Does not really matter what google does; surprising though that they are caving in so fast. May be there is some hope for sanity in the library world.

Gerry, I dont care what Google does either, I just posted the item to the forum in order to ensure people kept informed.

as for caving in, all it is is that Google is doing the same arrangement in Europe that it has done in the USA
